James Mckinnon Mcdiarmid Jr

Went to UVa; lived in Australia 5 years and in New Zealand 7 years. Returned to USA in 1979. After earning doctorate worked in a variety of mental health clinics. I live in the agricultural rich Central Valley of California. For past 24 years have taught resident physicians in a family medicine residency program and taught undergraduates at the University of California Merced since it opened in 2005.

Played football and ran track. Good friends included Chuck Hunter, Peter Mason, and Pete McDaniel.
