Brenda Kay Lee - Class Of 1982

 

Brenda Kay LeeBrenda Kay Lee, 50, of Dillwyn, passed away on March 21, 2015 in Charlottesville. She was born on June 29, 1964, in Charlottesville, a daughter of the late Theoprous B. and Lucille C. Lee.

She was a 1982 graduate of Albemarle High School, and was employed with the University of Virginia for over ten years. Brenda was an active member of the New Hope Baptist Church of Esmont and the Mt. Zion First African Baptist Church in Charlottesville. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved to have fun and laugh with family and friends. Brenda was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Brenda is survived by her two daughters, Ebony and Whitney Lee of Waynesboro; two granddaughters, Serenity Jackson and Maya Lee; one grandson, Nolan Davis, all of Waynesboro; her fiancée, Tony Gough of Dillwyn; six brothers; five sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday March 28, 2015, at the Mt. Zion First African Baptist Church located at 105 Lankford Ave, Charlottesville, Va.
