Steven Parker Anslow - Class Of 1963

Steven Parker Anslow, 69, of Newport News, VA, passed away on November 9, 2013.

He is survived by his two sons, Mathew and Daniel Anslow and Madison Anslow, granddaughter of deceased son Scott.

Steve so enjoyed attending the 1963 50th reunion in April 2013. He fought a brave battle with leukemia for 7 years but lost that battle on Saturday, November 9, 2013, surrounded by his sons and good friends. Steve served 4 years in the Air Force most of that time spent at Lakenheath Air Force base in England. It was there Steve led his baseball team to a European championship with his outstanding pitching. Steve was a great friend to many--always cooking up some gourmet meal for them to enjoy. We will miss our dear friend.
