In Memory

Angela Price - Class Of 1992

Angie was born on July 7, 1974,in Charlottesville to Claude and Paula Price. She leaves them on this side of the divide to continue loving and honoring her memory. We ask that you hold them close to your hearts.

Angie was a graduate of Albemarle High School and Mary Baldwin College. She returned to Mary Baldwin (now University) to earn her M.B.A. in 2019. She worked for Crutchfield Corporation for the past 13 years, and (despite a recent stem cell transplant) had planned on returning as quickly as possible to her routine of harassing her coworkers and working her magic with numbers.

In addition to her parents and colleagues, Angie leaves behind a host of people who adore and honor her. Among these, she leaves her spouse, soul mate, adventure partner, and best friend, Kimberly M. Crow. The years they had were magical; there just weren’t enough of them. The “kids” she loved without question, SGT Thomas M. Crow, US Army (Erin), and Matthew G. Crow (Casey) continually made her proud and will keenly feel her absence. We are so grateful to be the “family she chose.”

Never to be left out of his mama’s heart, she leaves in the care of Kim, her beloved Bam Bam. She can rest easy knowing the two of them will take care of one another.

Angie has requested no service be held in her honor, but rather has left the following request: “I want people to celebrate my life by getting out: kayak, hike, play with their dog, or simply spend the day with the person they love the most.”

In lieu of flowers, we ask that you consider making donations to any of the following organizations that were so meaningful in Angie’s life:

The Anti-NMDA Receptor Encephalitis Foundation

They Myelodysplastic Syndrome Foundation, Inc.

bethematch.org

The American Red Cross Blood Services

The Emily Couric Cancer Center

The Chesapeake Bay Foundation
