F. Everette Breeden - Class Of 1964

Fred "Everette" Breeden, Jr., 70 years old, of Fluvanna County, passed away unexpectedly early Tuesday morning, October 18, 2016, at the UVA Medical Center.

Everette was the son of the late Fred E. Breeden, Sr. and Irma Wood of Greene County. He was also predeceased by his mother, father, twin brother, Earl E. Breeden, and brother E. Wayne Breeden.

Everette is survived by his wife of 47 years, Corrie Lee Jarrell; two daughters, Lori E. Robey and her husband, Donny Robey of Palmyra, and Renee Shifflett of Palmyra; two granddaughters, Nicole Aldridge Palmer and her husband, Shannon Palmer of Scottsville, and Macy Marie Cash of Palmyra; two great-grandsons, Alex and Jackson Palmer; two sisters, Nancy Breeden and Lucille Wood, both of Charlottesville; his most beloved yorkie, "Libby", and his #1 hunting dog, "Trackman Sam".

Everette loved to hunt and was a member of the Monticello Coon Hunter Club with too many friends to mention, but we would like to mention his special friend, Tobey Morris, the handler of "Trackman Sam". There wasn't a day that went by that he didn't talk about Tobey and how good he was to "Sam". Everette also loved to visit his hunting buddies at "the shack" and take them treats. Everette loved to dance and was a member of the Charlottesville Moose Lodge and the life of the party every time he hit the dance floor.

Everette served in the National Guard for 8 years, and he was a master electrician and builder. He took pride in building quality homes and"never" cut corners. He built many homes throughout the surrounding counties and for several family members. There wasn't a person that he would not help. He was a kind, giving, caring, compassionate man that loved his family and would do anything for them. He will be missed by so many.

Special thanks to Dr. Michael Ragosta and Dr. Jeffrey Davis for all their years of wonderful care.

The family will receive friends and family from 6 until 8 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016, at Teague Funeral Home in Charlottesville. The funeral service will beheld at 11 a.m.,Sunday, October 23, 2016,at the funeral home with Ellen Longmoore officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.
