Charles "Connie" Crenshaw (1958)
The Jordan family were our next door neighbors for a number of years. We saw brother Ron, sister Judy and Shari grow up into young adults and move away. The parents, Howard and Jean were good friends. Years later, my wife and I were eating dinner at a restaurant in Charlottesville, Virginia and there is Shari waitressing tables. We could see the years had not been easy for her, but she still had her beautiful smile. Shari showed us photographs of her daughter Brandi and her grandchildren. She was so proud of them. We continued to go back to that restaurant and would talk with Shari until, because of the dealth of the owner, the restaurant closed. I was so surprised to see the notice on this web site that Shari had passed away. It is always sad to lose an Albemarle High School patriot.
