Patricia Plum Wilson, 57, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016. She died quietly in her home from heart disease.

She leaves behind her son, Michael Plum; grandchildren, Damon Lamb, and Victoria Bourne; and loving friend, Woody.

She was the daughter of Thomas Plum and Dorothy Marston of Charlottesville.

She attended Albemarle High School and graduated in 1976. She attended Piedmont Valley Community college, earning a BS in nursing. She worked as a LPN for both UVA and Martha Jefferson Hospitals along with numerous nursing homes.

Pat was a loving person who did nothing but give. She was a loving mother and friend and will be missed dearly and forever in our hearts.

A memorial service will be held at Cherry Avenue Christian Church, 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
