Jerome L. Gray, 57, of Esmont, Virginia, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 12, 2011, at his residence.

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted family, his wife, Patricia Lynne Gray; and his parents, Wille L. and Clasteen Scott Gray, all of Esmont, Virginia; three step-sons, Jerrod Petty amd Robert Lynch, both of Washington, D.C., and John White of Lyndhurst, Virginia; one daughter, Kimberly Sutton of Esmont, Virginia; two stepdaughters Laurie Petty of Washington, D.C., and Erin Moore of Charlottesville, Virginia; two brothers, Robert A. Gray of Charlottesville, Virginia, and Kevin Gray of Esmont, Virginia; one sister, Darlene A. Gray of Esmont, Virginia; one grandchild; a devoted niece, Asia C. Smith; and a host of other beloved relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 2011, at New Hope Baptist Church with the Reverend H. L. Long officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
