Alan Lee Faulkner, 37, died Monday, Dec. 17, 1984.

    He was born Nov. 14, 1947, at Moorehead City, N.C., son of Mr. John D. Faulkner, Sr. of Vero Beach, Fla. and the late Margaret Young Faulkner.

    In addition to his father, he is survived by one son, Geoffrey Faulkner of Washington, D.C. and one brother, John D. Faulkner, Jr. of Davidsonville, Md.

    He was an army veteran of Vietnam where he served for two years with the 101st Airborne and was decorated three times for bravery.  Among his decorations, were the Combat Infantry Badge, Good Conduct Medal, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters and two Overseas Bars and the Vietnam Service Medal.

    Arrangements with Hill and Wood Funeral Home are incomplete.
