BASDIKIS, Mrs. Mary K., 62, of South Hill, died Sunday, July 6, 2008.

She is survived by her husband, George Basdikis of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Criston Basdikis of Powhatan, Va.; one granddaughter, Mason Basdikis; brothers, Frank Klink (Anella) of Montana, Herman Klink (Annette) of Germany, George Klink (Jenny) of Charlottesville and Al Klink of Richmond; one sister, Gertrude Cox of Stanardsville.

Mrs. Basdikis was preceded in death by her parents, Frank J. and Berta M. Klink.

For many years, Mrs. Basdikis was the Pre-Kindergarten Director for Brunswick Academy and a teacher.

A celebration of life service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, at Farrar Funeral Chapel, with interment to follow in Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
