Emmett Murphy Lilly, Jr., 75, of Lynchburg passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Virginia Baptist Hospital.

He was the husband of the late Judith Lanum Lilly.  Born on January 31, 1942, in Charlottesville, he was the son of the late Emmett Murphy Lilly, Sr. and the late Estelle Mars Lilly.

Emmett was the former owner/operator of AAA Cleaning Service, Inc., and a member of Lynchburg Church of Christ.  Emmett is survived by his daughter, Anita Stromer of Lynchburg.

A graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at Riverview Cemetery in Charlottesville, Va. with Pastor Ray Eure officiating.  To send online condolences to the family, please visit www.whittenparkavenue.com.
