Harold W. Sutton was born on October 26, 1936, and passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2018.
Harold was a resident of Forest Hill, Maryland at the time of passing.
He was a graduate of Albemarle High School in Charlottesville, Virginia.
After serving in the US Navy for two years, he began his professional career as an engineer at the Sperry Corporation in Charlottesville.
He was preceded in death by his son, Bill Sutton, III.
Cremation services will be provided by Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services - Bel Air.
In keeping with Bill's wishes, there will be no funeral services. Instead the family will hold a private celebration of life dinner for family and close friends to honor Bill's life.

William Howard Raines (1955)
Harold was one of my favorite classmates. a smart, friendly and caring guy who could have isolated himself from the class but instead embraced everyone.He could have gone anyplace and do anything he wanted but chose to stay in Charlottesville and contibute in every way possible. I admired him and sorry we have lost a friend and areal humanitarian.
