Nancy Mcallister Bishop, 73, of Powhatan, widow of Robert Lee Bishop, went to be with her Lord on July 14, 2012.  She is survived by her four children:  Deborah Chambers (Donald) of New York; Robert M. Bishop (Trima), Steven R. Bishop (Cindy), Kathy B. Halvorsen (John) all of Powhatan; one brother, Chuck Mcallister of New Mexico; ten grandchildren:  Brandon, Melissa, and Robert Bishop, Stephanie McCall, Nicole, Donnie Chambers, Ashley Whitaker, Alexander Holvorsen, Han, Ly Luong; three great-grandchildren, Logan, Savannah, and Wyatt.

The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 PM at the Bennett and Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt. 60), Powhatan.  Services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 at the funeral home.  Interment will be at 2:00 PM at the Sandridge Cemetery, Crozet.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
